Private Community T&C’s
Below are some house rules and policies that will help us make the most of our community and keep us focused on working through the course materials and our styling & confidence hurdles!
By reading this “fine print” and opting to join the group you are acknowledging that we can count on you to keep this a sacred space AND that you agree to the following community guidelines and policies:
This is a support group for paid members of Rediscover Body Confidence and their online programmes.
Always send us an email at hello@rediscoverbodyconfidence.co.uk if you have any technical problems, don’t tag or PM Jessie, Carrie or admins. You’ll get a response within 2 business days.
As always, please keep discussions related to clothes, colour and confidence, so we can keep this group clutter free and laser focused!
These kinds of comments are against group guidelines:
Self-promotional (links to own website, PR, products, social media, freebies etc).
Thinly veiled self-promotion (coachy posts, mentions or pictures of your course or product)
Digital breadcrumbing (posting to seek engagement or with the intention to drive traffic to your own page)
Rants and complaints
Links to spin-off groups (these aren’t allowed and breach copyright)
We also reserve the right to shut down or delete threads that get off-topic, promotional or abusive. You can always start a private group message to continue discussions (like where to meet for a group meet up) that clog up the feed.
We may terminate your membership of the group without notice if the terms are breached.
General group guidelines
Don’t PM group or otherwise solicit members.
All RBC material is protected by copyright, don’t share it.
Support other members and your posts will get more support too.
RBC isn’t “everything for everyone” – make sure you have other groups to support you.
We have new members joining every week, please be mindful of their experience going through our online programmes for the first time.
We reserve the right to remove members for breaching the rules. You are not entitled to an extended refund just because you are removed from the group.
Rediscover Your Style has a 7-day money back guarantee from purchase and Rediscover Your Identity has a 14-day money back guarantee from purchase. You are not entitled to an extended refund period just because you joined the Facebook Group late or because your membership in the Facebook group is terminated.
Lifetime access means for the life of the program (it’s not literally your or our lifetime).

You must not post anything:
if the copyright is the property of somebody else
that might cause a breach of any law or other obligation
that might be defamatory, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, liable to incite hatred or a breach of privacy
that might be considered as spam
that infringes any rights belonging to another person
We are not responsible for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other reason.
We’re not responsible for:
Facebook’s change of terms or privacy policy
Your business relationships with other members
Content of other member’s posts (although we’ll remove anything inappropriate, just flag it)

TERMS OF SALE
- Definitions
1.1 We, us, our mean The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD
1.2 You and your mean the purchaser of goods, audio or video content from The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD
1.3 This is a contract between us and you.
1.4 “Lifetime Access” means ongoing and complete access to a purchased Rediscover Body Confidence online programme for the life of the programme, not for your life or the life of Carrie or Jessie.. This is ongoing access at no additional charge until the course is no longer offered, at which time all members will be given at least 12 months notice before the program is closed. Any future closure of the program or community in the future does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund. Lifetime access does not refer to lifetime access to Coaching by Jessie.
- Contract
2.1 When you purchase audio or video content from us, we grant you a licence (which is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable) to listen to, download or stream such content to your computer and/or other device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content other than as set out in this contract. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the content in any manner and you must not exploit it commercially. You agree to not tamper with the content or create any derivative works therefrom.
2.2 We may terminate your license to use any purchased products if you breach this contract.
- Payment
3.1 You may pay in FULL for the course at a DISCOUNTED cost of £445, the discount is for full upfront payment. Should you wish to pay by instalments limited to 3 monthly payments, you can do so at the full course cost of £495 ( each monthly payment will therefore be £165. The 14day money back guarantee still applies to split full payments. One month’s payment is required at sign up leaving a further two payments per 30 calendar days due.
3.3 All goods sold by us are charged in GBP British Pound.
- Warranty
4.1 We will repair or replace at our discretion any goods which are physically defective for the period of 12 months after purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects which occur because of misuse or accidental damage.
- Intellectual property:
5.1 The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD
and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.Termination:
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
- Refunds & exchange
7.1 Voluntary refunds:
(a) If you work through the first few modules of a course are not totally happy with it, then we will refund your money. Rediscover Your Style has a 7-day money back guarantee from purchase and Rediscover Your Identity has a 14-day money back guarantee from purchase and refund period.
We believe in our courses, and we know that women experience fantastic growth, development and results from investing in our programmes. This type of progress requires that you follow the Course and do the work. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the Course by accessing course content and/or joining the Facebook community before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and refund. We may request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to hello@rediscoverbodyconfidence.co.uk within the defined refund period as listed above in section 7.1 (a).
(b) If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product and materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.
(c) being removed or banned from the Facebook group does not entitle you to a refund of your RBC enrolment fee.
7.2 If you are required to return any goods, you are liable for the cost of returning those goods.
7.3 Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than GBP, you may be liable for the costs of exchange.
- Events
8.1 Cancellation policy: Tickets are non-refundable but completely transferable. If you require your ticket to be transferred to someone else, please email their full name and email address to hello@rediscoverbodyconfidence.co.uk no less than 3 working days prior to the event.
8.2 Event: The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD reserves the right to change the event at any time, this includes location. In the unlikely event that this will happen, every effort will be made to ensure an event of equivalent standard in a reasonable distance from the original location.
8.3 Behaviour: The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD
reserves the right to prohibit entry or eject any person from the Venue based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
8.4 Image Release: In registering for and of RBC’s events, you grant permission to The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/likeness. You understand these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD . You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. If you do not agree to the above image release, you must advise The Sanctuary at Holloways LTD

Blow-dry Membership
- Membership Description.
Under the terms of this Agreement, The Sanctuary at Holloways agrees to provide the agreed service within a Membership to the Client as per agreed terms.
Services within a Membership are only valid Monday to Saturday and hair services are to be booked with our Junior Stylist. Although we will attempt to prioritise member’s appointments, appointments are subject to availability. Advanced booking is recommended.
A Client may receive as many treatments as she/he desires within a paid month of membership (subject to availability).
- No Refunds.
If a client is not able to attend a booked service or they withdraw from their Membership, no refunds will be offered. No refunds will be given if desired results are not met.
- Failed Payments.
In the event Client fails to make any payments for the Membership by the due dates already agreed, The Sanctuary at Holloways has the right to immediately cease the Membership, until payment due has been paid in full. In addition, should payment fail to be completed within 10 days of the due date, Client agrees and understands that Client is responsible for and will be charged any collection fees or charges and/or reasonable legal fees incurred in connection with the cost of collecting such fees and payments.
- Disclaimer.
Membership is not transferable and cannot be used by friends or family if Client is unable to make an appointment.
If Client is unable to make an appointment, our cancellation period of 24 hours still applies. If an appointment is not cancelled within the cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of a standard Blow Dry.
Client is aware of all Pre and Post care advice that was given at the time of consultation, they agree to adhere to this advice to assure the best possible results. The Sanctuary at Holloways will not be held responsible if desired results are not acquired.
- Termination.
Should Client wish to terminate this Agreement, Client is to notify The Sanctuary at Holloways by sending an email to info@thesanctuarysuckley.co.uk, giving 30 days written notice. In the event that Client is in arrears of payment or otherwise in default of any of the terms of this Agreement, or chooses to voluntarily terminate this Agreement, all payments due hereunder for the Membership shall be immediately due and payable. The Sanctuary at Holloways shall be allowed to immediately collect all such sums from Client and, at The Sanctuary at Holloways discretion, immediately terminate Client’s access to the Membership. In addition, The Sanctuary at Holloways may, at any time and without cause, terminate this Agreement, at which time any payment for services rendered by The Sanctuary at Holloways to Client shall immediately become due and payable.
